Holder of prestigious designations like Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and Association Management Specialist (AMS), Alison is not just a licensed realtor but a seasoned professional dedicated to excellence. Actively involved in the Community Association Institute (CAI), she stays at the forefront of industry trends and developments. In 2022 and 2023 Alison won professional awards for “MVP” and “Influencer of the Year” respectively.

Originally hailing from Somerset, MA, Alison relocated to Rhode Island in 2005 and has been a proud resident ever since. Her journey started with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Pre-Med concentration in 2001, but after a stint in an oncology lab, she realized her true calling was in lively conversations and energizing interactions. Thus, she dove headfirst into real estate, initially as a rental leasing agent in 2007.

Alison’s work ethic is built on the pillars of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and knowledge. Disciplined and determined, she’s a goal-setting aficionado, always striving for success. At home, she shares her life with her husband Steve and their two amazing boys, Chase and Parker. A former competitive gymnast for 13 years, Alison has transitioned into an avid CrossFit enthusiast, balancing her active lifestyle with family time, reading, and the occasional social media scroll.
